i would have changed the mod's to perfect ones, if u do u can get easily 100 k or so(not good at doing pc tho)

It is not inscribable - therefore he cannot change the mods. 10-15k

Buy a r13 for 10k that is worth a darn, or use a junky one for a hero? ..... makes sense how? No one would pay 10-15k for a 19 below.
